Priority One

Protect Our Quality of Life

Laguna Hills is a special place to live because of its neighborhoods, parks, open spaces and strong sense of community. Harry believes protecting that quality of life should remain at the heart of decisions made by the City Council.

Growth and change are inevitable, but they should be approached thoughtfully. Harry supports responsible planning that respects existing neighborhoods, protects open space and considers the long-term impact of development and city decisions on residents.

His 27 years with Orange County Parks give him firsthand appreciation for the importance of maintaining public spaces and managing community resources responsibly. Harry believes we can prepare for the future without losing the qualities that make Laguna Hills feel like home.

Priority Two

Responsible City Government

Residents deserve a city government that is transparent, accessible and responsible with public resources.

Harry believes City Council decisions should begin with good information, careful consideration and a willingness to listen to residents. Taxpayer dollars should be managed responsibly, city priorities should be clearly communicated, and residents should understand how and why important decisions are being made.

Harry brings a practical approach to public service: listen first, understand the issue, consider the long-term consequences and work toward solutions that serve the broader community.

Priority Three

A Stronger Community

Harry believes strong communities are built when people feel heard, respected and connected to the decisions affecting their neighborhoods.

As a community leader and advocate, Harry has seen what can happen when residents work together toward a shared goal. He wants City Hall to encourage that same spirit of participation by making it easier for residents to engage, ask questions and contribute ideas.

Harry won't expect everyone to agree on every issue. But he believes people with different perspectives can still listen to one another, find common ground and work together to make Laguna Hills an even better place to live.
